Design processes
of any complexity
Build sequential and parallel tasks, nested processes, branches, and return paths. Every node has an assignee, input data, and an expected result.

Agents do the work. Rules keep you in control.
Parallel branches, nested processes, and human participation.
These scenarios illustrate how the platform works.
01 / From request to execution
For example: “Get approval to buy 10 laptops and create a purchase order.”
The agent will check the budget in your accounting system, compare quotes from email, obtain the manager’s decision, and create a purchase order. You’ll see the result in your business system and be able to verify every step.
You set the goal: buy 10 laptops within budget.
Completed result: approval recorded, purchase order created, amount and status verified.
Build sequential and parallel tasks, nested processes, branches, and return paths. Every node has an assignee, input data, and an expected result.
Build checks into every node: required fields, amounts, ranges, deadlines, and statuses. Combine conditions using “all,” “any,” and “not.” A separate agent assesses the substance of the result and investigates exceptions. The result determines the next branch: continue, clarify the data, or correct an error and run the checks again.
Memory, conversation history, and task materials stay with the process. The next participant can access the information, decisions, and supporting evidence they need without a retelling of the entire history.
02 / Where work happens
Connect enterprise systems through MCP. The agent retrieves data and performs permitted actions directly in the source system. There’s no need to copy information into a chat or move files between folders.
Connections, methods, and permissions are configured for your infrastructure.
Analyze correspondence and attachments, find request details, draft a reply, and request missing documents. Access to your email provider is configured through a connector.
A voice MCP agent makes calls with a defined goal, clarifies information, and returns a structured summary to the process. Context, questions, telephony, and permitted actions are configured during implementation.
03 / Explore and try

The agent’s autonomy is defined by your task,
rules, and access boundaries.
Each agent gets a specialized role, instructions, and a set of tools. The team is assembled for the process.
Reading and acting have separate permissions. Access is limited to selected sources and permitted operations.
Action history, sources, and the version of the rules help trace the path from request to conclusion.
Approvals, disputed cases, and missing data become tasks for the responsible person.
Costs and budgets for each stage help manage agent spending and assess process economics.
Tenant isolation, access boundaries, and reference data anonymization are configured to meet your company’s requirements.
05 / Your next process
From the first request to completed work in your systems. Agents perform tasks, validate results, and bring in a person whenever a human decision is needed.
Goals, participants, data, branches, and success criteria.
Agent roles, skills, connectors, and permitted actions.
The full workflow, exceptions, and human participation.
